Gooey, warm, melted cheese. You just smiled on the inside, didn’t you! We think melted cheese is one of the greatest comfort foods ever, so if you love that stringy, melty goodness, we think this will hit the spot.

1 lb Fontina cheese, diced
1/2 lb Provolone cheese, diced
4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
1 T Herbs de Provence or dried thyme
Freshly cracked black pepper
Olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wipe inside of oven-proof dish with olive oil. Add cheeses and garlic slivers to dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle seasonings all around.
  3. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with baguette slices or toasted baguettes.
